Baked Mince Beef with Potato, Tomato, Peppers and Basel Leave served with Roti Baghdad

Ingredients
1- Mince Beef 1 Kilo
2- Olive Oil 3 Tablespoon
3- Potato Slices 3 Big Numbers
4- Green, Red, Yellow Peppers Slice in to Ring 1 Each Color
5- Tomato Sliced 4-5 Big Numbers
6- Chili Padi All around the Try

Making the Sauce (Bland All the Ingredients Below)
1- Tomato Bland 4 Big Number
2- Tomato Past 2 Tablespoon
3- Clean Garlic 4 Numbers
4- Onion Clean and cut 1 Medium Size
5- Arabic Mix Spices 1 Teaspoon
6- Salt 1 Teaspoon
7- Fresh Mint 2 Teaspoon
8- Yellow Lemon 1/2 number

Roti Baghdad
Ingredients
1- Flour 500 Grams
2- Shorting 80 Grams
3- Salt ½ Teaspoon
4- Baking Powder 1 ½ Teaspoon
5- Warm Water As Need Make sure the dough must be not to sticky
